1. General

By placing an order through the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

2. Orders & Payments

All prices on the Site are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods displayed at checkout. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance; a binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraud. In such cases, you will be refunded in full.

3. Shipping

4. Returns & Refunds

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, trademarks, and software — is the property of Revitalign or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revitalign EU and digiinstruments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or any products purchased through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights under your local law.
