We want you to love your Revitalign purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you) physically receive the goods.
How to Return
Initiate Your Return
Contact our team at returns@revitalign.eu within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return.
Pack & Ship
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label for EU shipments.
Processing
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) within 3–5 business days.
Refund or Exchange
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method, or we'll ship your exchange item right away.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in the original Revitalign packaging (shoe box and any protective wrapping).
- Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective.
- Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refund Timeline
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Credit/debit card: 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3–5 business days
- Other methods: refund times may vary depending on your financial institution
In accordance with EU law, refunds will be issued no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned item(s).
